Drops feature an injection moulded silicone tab specifically designed to grab onto any drum lug. Just press down on the little indentation to attach them, and pull up to remove them. No adhesives or moving parts.
Unlike adhesives, Drops vibrate with the drum head creating an active gate effect. This removes overtones while letting the natural intonation of the drums come through. To achieve this, Drops are weighted with hundreds of steel ball bearings, secured inside a die cut felt pod. A durable and effective design (patent pending).
