The enlarged 6-ply Baltic birch body with upward facing front port deepens bass notes. The elegant Palo Santo playing surface dishes out crisp snare and slap tones. This Slaptop Cajon is equipped with eight pre-tuned custom micro-coiled steel cajon strings that span the interior of the playing surface for a sensitive snare effect. The unique shape of MEINL Slaptop Cajons brings the striking surface nearer to the player for an upright playing position with forward sound projection.
