Genuine Jupiter wind mouthpieces are produced by ESM in Germany. World renowned specialist designer and maker, Ernst Schreiber from ESM is responsible for creating some of the worlds finest mouthpieces.

A ligature holds a reed onto the mouthpiece. Saxophones and clarinets use ligatures. The modified material used has natural vibrations very similar to hard rubber and produces a powerful sound with superb response.
