It features a stunning quilted maple top with a See Thru finish, a set-thru 3-piece mahogany neck at a classic 24.75 scale, and a mahogany body The Macassar ebony fingerboard is topped with ESP flag inlays and 24 extra-jumbo stainless steel frets for longevity and smooth string bending. The LTD EC-1000s sound is powered by a versatile set of EMG pickups, including an EMG 60TW-R at the neckwith coil-splitting control and a reversed layout so the single coil is closet to the neckand an aggressive EMG 81 at the bridge.
