In addition to its stainless steel frets, the ebony fingerboard features offset mother-of-pearl dot inlays. High-end components on the E-II M-I include a hardtail bridge, upgraded with stainless steel screws for long-term reliability, as well as Gotoh locking tuners and ESP strap locks. Its versatile tones come from a single direct-mounted Fishman Fluence Modern humbucker active pickup with voice selection via a push-pull volume knob. An ESP deluxe hardshell case is included.
