The left-handed Epiphone 1958 Explorer is a recreation of one of the most famous and valuable vintage guitars ever made and brings authentic 1958 Explorer details to guitarists everywhere. Like the ultrarare Gibson models from 1958, it features a korina body and neck with a 1958 Explorer profile and topped with an Indian laurel fretboard. The 1958 Explorer is equipped with a Gibson Burstbucker 3 and a Burstbucker 3 wired to individual tone controls and master tone control with CTS pots and a Mallory capacity, along with a Switchcraft 3-way pickup selector switch and 1/4″ output jack. A hardshell case is also included for protection between gigs.
