The YY20 features an alder Talman body bolted to a U-shaped maple neck with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard with white dot position markers and luminescent side dots. Components include a Gotoh GTC202 bridge equipped with six individual string saddles, a set of two Seymour Duncan Alnico II Pro single coil pickups, a white pickguard, a bone nut, and Gotoh locking tuning machines. The guitar comes with a set of decals designed by Young.
