Similar to the basswood found in more expensive models, the Boden Essential 6 has a meranti body, a strong wood with a flexible, well-balanced sound that easily adjusts to various playing techniques. The neck features a revolutionary ergonomic EndurNeck profile for energising comfort and endless range, and it is constructed from ultra-stable roasted maple. Additionally, the Boden Essential 6 has original equipment manufacturer (OEM) humbuckers from Strandberg. Both completely saturated sonic romps and low-gain applications are suitable for these pickups.
