Epiphone J-45 Standard EC Acoustic Guitar – Honey Burst

The Epiphone J-45 Standard EC Acoustic Guitar is part of the Inspired by Gibson Collection, paying tribute to the legendary Workhorse that has defined round shoulder acoustics since 1942. Known for its no-nonsense practicality and broad appeal across genres, the J-45 has earned its place as Gibsons most popular acoustic model. The EC version takes that legacy further by adding a convenient cutaway, making upper-fret playing easier than ever.

This model features a solid spruce top paired with solid mahogany back and sides a classic tonewood combination that produces warmth, clarity, and projection. As with all solid wood guitars, its tone will continue to mature beautifully over time. The one-piece mahogany neck is joined with a tapered dovetail joint and carved into a comfortable Rounded C profile. A rosewood fingerboard with 20 frets and mother-of-pearl dot inlays completes the traditional look and feel.

The headstock showcases the elegant 60s Kalamazoo shape with an inlaid Epiphone logo, while Grover Rotomatic tuners and a bone nut ensure stable, precise tuning. For live performance and recording, it comes equipped with a Fishman S-Core under-saddle pickup and Presys II preamp system, featuring onboard volume, bass, treble, phase, and a handy built-in tuner.
